Warren D. Libert was born on November 12, 1925 in Wisconsin.  The 1940 Federal Census shows he was living on 12 Colonial Terrace Hackensack, New Jersey. 

Warren D. Libert enlisted in the Army on February 14, 1944 at Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indiana.  Warren D. Libert served with Battery Unit ‘A’ 364th Field Artillery Battalion
(155MM Howitzers) 76th Infantry Division. 

According to military records at the time of death on March 30, 1945, the unit attached to the 304th Infantry Division was located in Idstein, Germany (Command Post). 
Warren D. Libert apparently was repatriated to the State he was originally
from… Green Bay, Wisconsin.
